SP3 London supported across this project ensuring more efficient and effective communication between the consultant team and the contractor. This resulted in troubleshooting design issues quicker that were occurring and holding up site progress. As a design manager across the project we had the clients best interests as our responsibility, which meant we were assisting the contractor with any design issues that arose so they could continuing building to meet the deadline.
