This beautiful Robert Adams building comprising of 9,000sq ft was fully refurbished ensuring its historic features and exquisite detailing were brought back to life. Our role was to project manage, as well as procure and install the FF&E. A project which needed an interior design space management specialist to meet the clients requirements. We ensured we worked very closely with the client to ensure her design needs were met.

SP3 London transformed this dining room into an timeless and cohesive space through expert project management and design management.

The team repainted the walls to refine the ambiance and reupholstered the client’s dining chairs with fresh, high-quality fabric. Bespoke dark wood sideboards with silver detailing were designed and installed, adding depth and sophistication. To complete the look, we carefully selected and installed new curtains, enhancing the room’s balance of light and texture. With a meticulous approach to FF&E design and procurement, SP3 London curated a refined yet inviting setting, perfect for both intimate dinners and grand entertaining.

A Bespoke Marble Bathroom Vision

We meticulously curated this refined bathroom, balancing style and practicality. The team sourced a cost-effective yet luxurious white stone from Italy, ensuring a timeless aesthetic for the secondary bathrooms. Collaborating closely with joiners, they refined the design of the bespoke vanity and mirrored medicine cabinets, incorporating a sleek timber veneer finish for warmth and contrast.
