A modern project with regency influence

London itself is a location steeped in historical architectural design. Most importantly an array of historical regency properties. We’ve had the privilege to work on such types of properties across London, most recently our design project, Adams.

Project Adams, a Grade 2 listed property in Regent’s Park that spans 9,000 sq. ft. has been meticulously refurbished by SP3 London. Restoring its historic charm and intricate detailing, we collaborated closely with our client, overseeing the project management of the project whilst sourcing and installing the FF&E. Given the unique nature of this restoration, we worked hand in hand with both the client and the design team to ensure every detail aligned with their vision, blending heritage with modern functionality.
