SP3 London specialises in delivering high quality design within the prime residential, hospitality and commercial market. We provide a fully comprehensive service from Interior Design, Design Management, Space Management, Project Management and FF&E Procurement. Working alongside a dedicated team of professionals allow SP3 London to design and deliver an impeccable product.

We act as a central point of contact for our clients. SP3 London can manage everything from the design, to sourcing the right consultants, coordinating the team and managing the process from start to finish. We ensure that the design is being managed on site in order to achieve a high quality end product.

Our USP is delivering good design, we work with many designers to deliver their design concepts and also work contractor side to develop technical drawing packs in order for the project to be built on site. We are a Design delivery house and pull together the information and team where necessary to achieve this. Coordination and quality are key factors in all of our projects.

Shona Patel the Founder of SP3 London trained as an architect and worked with Chapman Taylor Architects in 2004. In 2006 she then became ‘Head of Design’ for a prestigious property developer in Mayfair where she designed, design managed and project managed a number of projects on behalf of the client. Shona Patel then worked in Dubai for 2 years on a luxury villa in Emirates Hills.

She later went on to become one of the initial members of the Prestigious Design House team during their set up in 2009 and rose to the top heading up the Delivery side of the business where she was the Partner in charge. She has successfully delivered a number of projects in Mayfair, Belgravia and Knightsbridge ensuring that the Clients requirements were met.
