We endeavour to offer our clients a flexible service and can provide a turn key solution covering Design, FF&E Procurement and Project Management. Alternatively we are also able to tailor our service to the client’s requirements, undertaking specific services required for the project.

If required we can act as the Development Manager and put together a professional team of consultants and contractors that we will coordinate in order to deliver the job from start to finish.

SP3 London can offer one complete design and delivery solution that is client focused. We will coordinate the design and project manage the entire job on behalf of the client.

Our stand alone FF&E and procurement service allows us to specify and procure a wide variety of furniture, fittings and equipment (FF&E) on behalf of our clients, taking responsibility for the delivery and final dressing of the items within the client’s premises.
